Nel lavoro quotidiano sui progetti assumono sempre più importanza le piattaforme web di collaborazione per i Teams. Fino a poco tempo fa questi sistemi erano preprogativa di poche aziende strutturate che li implementavano tramite intranets aziendali ma, addirittura gratuitamente o senza dovere installare nulla sui server aziendali, oggi sono a portata di tutti, anche per piccole o piccolissime organizzazioni.
